Plenty of fire roads to stretch the legs between singletrack sections.
Heading up the first climb.
Willowdale is one of the classic cross-country riding areas in the north of Boston area.
This pond *can* overflow on to the trail.
You could ride miles of fire roads or ride them as little as possible and hit tons of singletrack.
Some rocks make the trail fun and not too challenging.
This, like many of the trails in Willowdale sees plenty of use.
Singletrack and rocks... you're in New England.
