First stream crossing on pine forest. Nice spot for a break.
Fun in the mud! Mostly just wet, but areas with 3-6 inch puddles. Nothing you can't ride through. Roots are slippery. It's a blast getting muddy, though.
Huge pedestrian / bike bridge over Route 14 along the Catherine Valley rail trail.
Take a short break to hydrate and the scenery before continuing on the Catherine Valley Trail.
