This is the fork in the road sign splitting the two trails. Stay left to hit Naked Man.

BLM sign for Trash Can Trail. Take a right turn about 30' after the sign. This sign is just after the entry point to park.
Sara Park entry point for most all trails and hiking activity. Trash Can Trail starts to the right once you go through.
