The WAPACK trail between Mt Watatic and Nutting Hill provides lots of technical rocks.
The toughest climb I've done, but the view is one of the best in the area that you can get to on a bike. Absolutely perfect!

The trail follows the exposed rock. Too bad that the trail is rather overgrown.
