GPX Files from Phone to Garmin GPS

Hi - I'm curious how you get your trails into dynamicwatch to send to your Garmin?  The main problem I have with getting a GPX from mtbproject is that it requires using the 'desktop' version of the site to download.  The way it renders makes it nearly impossible to navigate to the download option on my Android phone.
