iOS App problem

Hi, When I try to open the iOS app on my iPhone 5, I get the message (under Welcome to MTB Project): "We encountered a problem while downloading.  Please select some areas to continue.").  Then I select "Download Areas" and it goes to a new screen with "All Areas" and "International", but when I tap on either of them, nothing happens.  I have to shut down the app to get out.  Thanks.

I have this same problem - had iPhone 6s and just changed to 7. The app doesn't work anymore and I have the exact same issue you describe

If all else fails, you may want to delete the app and re-install. That may address the issue. I had to do that one time in the past to resolve some weird behavior.

Hey Ben, Justin, and Kevin, have you tried reinstalling the app as Ben V. suggested? If yes and it's still broken, please email me at with the following:

  • Device type
  • OS version
  • MTB Project version
