A way to search in the forums

There's a lot of topics in the forums, it would be great if there were a search feature to find specifically what you are looking for without having to go through every topic. For instance, if I'm looking for topics related to where I live, I could just search for my city.

Yes!
I wonder how many times this has been posted? Who knows, I can't search!

So, you can hack something together in google search, but the results are incomplete, so it isn't satisfactory. Here is an example search to type in that will look for the word "featured" which will give incomplete results:
"featured site:www.mtbproject.com/forum/174/mtb-project-feedback-suggestions"

I had better luck if you search all the forums by limiting the site to items with just /forum/ in the query as below:

"featured site:www.mtbproject.com/forum/"

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
