Chambers Creek Regional Park
Overview
Chambers Creek Regional Park is a special Pierce County public land area spanning 930 acres. There are many trails, some along the two-mile saltwater shoreline, with beautiful views from mountains to sound. Open from dawn to dusk, this park offers an entire day's worth of activities for the whole family.
Visiting Tips
Summer is really the premier time to visit the park. With warm temperatures, plenty of sunshine, and long days, you're sure to have a wonderful experience.
Whether you prefer the sandy shore, open grass fields, or established picnic areas, the park offers a host of great picnic spots throughout the property.

Food & Drink
If old-school burgers and shakes could be in your future, be sure to check out Best Burgers on the corner of Bridgeport Way and Custer Road – their black raspberry shake is worth the trip alone.
Other Activities
If you're looking for a similar beach-vibe park without the paved trails but complete with barbecues and beach volleyball courts, check out Sunnyside Beach Park just south of Chambers Creek Regional Park along Chambers Creek Road.
