Garden of the Gods Wilderness

Overview

The trails that comprise the Garden of the Gods Wilderness are poorly marked. The signs are worn, damaged, marked-over by other hikers, and generally confusing. Moreover, the map at the trailhead is confusing. The trail network, in and of itself, is enjoyable, with enough curves and inclines to challenge you, but brace yourself for a confusing experience if this is your first time in the park and be patient.
