Germantown Metropark

Overview

Only 20 minutes from Dayton, the park offers a great variety of trails as well as options to kayak, fish, or picnic. Enjoy the lush forest and spectacular fall colors and keep your eyes open for plants and animals that you won't see anywhere else in Montgomery County. The park also contains cedar glades, large open grasslands, dry hillside prairies, several ponds, and Twin Creek giving a great variety of scenery along its nearly 16 miles of trails.
