After the Ride: Local Favorites

Magoo's Burgers & Shave Ice There's tables to the left of the bus to sit at.
Island Sub & Burger Cuban sandwich is fantastic.
Fendu Boulangerie Pastries are well done here. Croissants are incredible.
Breadbox Hawaii I love their Hotel Bread
2752 Woodlawn Dr, Honolulu HI — (808) 988-8822
O-Bok Korean Restaurant Closed Mondays
Pho Viet Thien Hong #13 :) good price for the large size
Bangkok Chef Love the garlic chicken eggplant w/ sticky rice or chicken larb.
Morning Glass Coffee + Cafe If you love coffee, this is the place for you! Stumptown and local coffees slow dripped to order. A great cup of coffee takes time and they know how to make a delicious cup here!
Goofy Cafe & Dine Half of the restaurant was empty yet they let customers wait up to 30 mins .. I don't understand why... Biggest restaurant pet peeves of mine.
Shokudo Japanese Restaurant honey toast is the best dessert on the menu!
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. The service is great and see how much you know about the movie with some forest gump trivia.
Iyasume Musubi & Bento Express 2-6 pm is 20% off bento, musubi & bowls! Plum is sour but good, miso salmon okay, spicy fried chicken was great. 2-3 is easily a whole meal.
Shirokiya Japan Village Walk Get a beer and find a little of everything from Hawaiian Japanese fusion to traditional items. Great place to get a quick but unique 10$ lunch.
Yakiniku Million Look at seafood and meat platter, plenty for two people and oh, variety pickled vegetables and rice included.
626 Sheridan St, Honolulu HI — (808) 596-0799
Side Street Inn The pan fried pork chops are to die for here...but so is the fried butter poundcake. You've been warned.
1225 Hopaka St, Honolulu HI — (808) 591-0253
Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Happy hour everyday from 11:30AM to 6:30PM & from 9PM to closing!
Nanzan Giro Giro No real menu here - They serve a kaiseki (a Japanese set of courses) that changes each month. A sublime dining experience that I highly recommend.
Goma Tei Shredded pork & szechuan pickle shoyu ramen
Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot, Honolulu Go before 7pm on weekdays for happy hour! $3 pints $8 pitchers :D They also have a lot of selection of draft beers
