Description

Hotel Trail starts in the center of Joseph Grant valley and heads directly toward Eagle Lake. The scenery is a beautiful oak forest. The trail is doubletrack, non technical, with a few steeper sections, especially as you get closer to Eagle Lake.

If you want a loop instead of up and back, consider turning right on the Cañada del Pala trail, crossing the stream, and taking the Eagle and San Felipe trails back to the parking lot.
