Visit the Department of Game & Inland Fisheries website for restrictions and guidelines. The white-blazed trail is the Appalachian Trail. Bikes are prohibited on the A.T.

Description

The trail leaves the forest to reach a clearcut for great views of farms and vineyards before becoming doubletrack on the way up. At just over 1.5 miles, look for the Verlin Smith Trail leaving to the left (south) to connect towards the Ted Lake Trail.

Ran the bottom half down from Verlin Smith Trail. Fun downhill run. Quick and tight in a couple sections. A lot of fun! 1.8mi — 12h 41m

Wow! What a hard climb! Lots of loose rocks. Very overgrown in areas. Will do again but earlier in the season. Riding back down was rad!
