“A steep uphill and an equally steep downhill with spectacular views along the way.

Make no mistake, this one is a challenge and you'll be pushing your bike. This trail goes up and up and you'll want to make frequent stops to take in the view so keeping a good pace is unlikely.
The descent towards Mistletoe is a challenge in its own right with tight switchbacks and a rough track requiring good bike handling skills and all your attention. Make sure to follow the track down to the road and ignore the early turn off on the left. Once you get down to the road, turn left towards Mistletoe Bay.
