  • The trails at Paul Cluver require either a daily or annual Paul Cluver Pass or Elgin MTB Pass. These can be purchased for R40/R60 daily per person, or R380/R500 annually per person.
  • No petting the livestock, no littering, stick to the designated trails, ride at your own risk, strictly no hiking or trail running allowed on the MTB trails unless it forms part of a sanctioned event.

Description

The Paul Cluver trails start in the amphitheatre treating the rider to Raka and The Swing, one a bridge built on a massive tree trunk, the other a suspension bridge. The fun continues with lots of berms, flowing singletrack with some technical riding. Look out for the Mamba, a rollercoaster through a river valley with 6 bridges. There are some lung busting climbs rewarded with magnificent vistas over the Elgin Valley. The Pofadder is a bermed bridge built from wine barrel slats at the foot of a waterfall followed by more great riding and loads of singletrack.
