Family Friendly Kids can easily handle this trail's paved surface and gentle grades.

As much as we all could use a little riding and exercise during the holidays, North Wake Landfill District Park is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Description

Whether you are looking for a completely non-technical trail or just something to get you from one piece of singletrack to the next, the Paved Park Trail fits the bill. Usually, when combined with the Nance Spring Loop Trail, it works well as a warm-up lollipop before diving into the park's singletrack offerings.

Along the trail, you're bound to see other people enjoying the park on foot, so be courteous and act as a good steward of mountain biking.
