This is an easy and flat ride on color-coded multi-use trails. Conditions can be very dry and there are sections of sugar sand to watch out for. Don't expect any features or challenging terrain, but overall this is a nice area to pedal and enjoy the scenery or casually introduce someone to mountain biking.

This ride starts up by the Education Center. There is a road located west of the Education Center that takes you up to the canoe launching point. Ride up this road and then join the White Trail as it heads north. For the most part, the trail is basically a road covered with pine straw or grass that is matted down pretty well. There are are also few sections of sugar sand.

Keep heading past the southern end of the Red Trail unless you want to mix things up. Otherwise, keep pedaling until the intersection with the Blue Trail. Turn left for a fairly casual pedal until it reaches the White Trail again. Turn around here, unless you have a fat bike or want to deal with a section of horribly difficult sugar sand on this section of the White Trail. Backtrack to the previous intersection and start heading south on the White Trail.

At the north end of the Yellow Trail, turn left to enjoy an easy and obstacle-free trail with interesting bridges and great views of the marsh. There are plenty of social and game trails along the way, but the main route is well marked. When it connects back to the White Trail, keep heading south back to the entrance road to return to the parking area.
