Description

Bike Trail # 1 is a paved multi-use path running from the northern end of Rock Creek Park to the southern end. It is heavily shaded, and quite popular during the summer months. The trail can be used to access many other trails in the park, and there are a variety of popular loops that can be made from the trail. The route is rolling, though grades are gentle.
