Description

The Pinon Trail climbs a series of easily maneuvered switchbacks and tops out at 0.20 miles. After a short downhill, the trail gradually climbs to the west-northwest on- to a ridge at 0.75 miles. You descend quickly to the north then turn back to the south across a rough lava flow to the end of the trail.
