Description
Start and end at Oak Nuts Park. Begins with a long, gradual downhill doubletrack section to the river with a few obstacles and bridges. Once at the bottom, you can turn right and check out the rapids a little ways down, or if you turn left continue along the river for more packed singletrack. There are various short loops that shoot up and connect back down to the main river trail but are more for hikers. Once up the gravel hill to a parking lot off New Gray Road, you can cross the bridge and connect to more Presumpscot River Trail on the other side of the river.
