DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and other cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze / thaw during the winter.

Description

Cart starts off of Laurel Ridge shortly after the intersection with Shoals Trail. The trail climbs very steeply for 0.25 miles then descends slightly until the trail ends at the intersection with Mine Mountain.
