Description

Start from the boat launch parking lot at Kincaid Lake, easily accessible from Messina road just off Hwy 28 West. There are two marked trailheads at the tree line directly across from the upper parking area. Either of these trailheads put you on the Lakeshore Trail.

At just under 5 miles, the Lakeshore Trail is a bit more demanding than the majority of the trails in the area, but it's fast and flowy and is a rewarding ride in either direction. Great views of the lake the majority of the way with plenty of spots to rest and enjoy the scenery. The trail continues on past Pine St. eventually joining the Lamotte Creek Trail, and the Wild Azalea Trail.
