Description

The Hemlock Loop is part of the Madawaska Nordic trail system. These trails are groomed in the winter for nordic skiing.

This trail branches off from Red Pine, does a loop through a hemlock forest, then returns back to Red Pine. There are a few small, but steeper climbs through the mature hemlock forest. It is a wider trail with some rocks and roots.
