Need to Know

There are lots of signs for Twin Knobs, but just stay on the most obvious path.

Description

This trail can be ridden either direction, but here is a description for counterclockwise. Turn right at the Kiosk located at the Bench Loop / Twin Knobs Trail intersection. A half mile or so of moderate grades and some techie rock gardens (keep an eye on the left for a super cool option up a huge boulder) eventually gives way to a somewhat grueling but short climb. Once you peak, enjoy about 3/4 of a mile of superb bench cut trail with views bluffs on your right and amazing views under the power lines. Once you pass the second super steep service road on your right be ready to enjoy a fun 1/2 mile downhill through a pine forest. After passing another Twin Knobs Trail sign continue through some super tight and technical sections until you it eventually the trail eases. From there continue forward to finish the loop.
