Description

Go straight through the first trail intersection and then take a slight left to stay on Ranger Trail at the second intersection, where Bajada Trail starts. At this point the trail begins to get steep and rocky as you head up towards the road. Cross the road and continue up the mountain until it ends at a "T" intersection with National Trail.

This trail is not easy to climb, but it is challenging and takes care of the majority of the climbing in one push. There is moderate exposure along most of this trail, which makes it a bit more interesting to descend. This is not recommended, however, as it forces you to climb a different trail which is more difficult to ascend.
