Description

Access the trailhead across from the first pull off on Sharp's Ridge Memorial Park Drive. The trail starts off flat to rolling, but soon turns into a series of short steep climbs. Winter provides good views of North Knoxville all the way to the Smoky Mountains to the south.

The Fire Break Trail was originally cut to control a fire on the ridge. Over the years it has been adopted by hikers and cyclists.
