Description

Great creekside descent when combined with Piquett Ridge. See the Rombo Mountain ride page for more info about linking the two trails.

This trail is rideable in both directions. I suppose you could ride up from the bottom, but I've never heard of anyone doing it.

Assuming you are dropping in from the saddle, this is the steepest most challenging part of the ride. The first side hill is a little loose before becoming rocky lower down. Once in the trees the trail mellows and has respectable flow. The Forest Service rebuilt the trail a few years back and even though they didn't have mountain bikes in mind it came out great.

Expect to get your feet wet. The trail crosses back and forth several times.
