Overview

Marsh Creek is a great trail system, allowing you to link together a number of different trails to make whatever length ride you are into. One drawback is the traffic from the parking area to the dam. Ride controlled so you don't run anyone over.

Need to Know

Two parking areas are available. The main lot for the boat launch is where this ride starts and adds a nice section along the side of the lake. The other starts you directly in the heart of the trails.

Description

From the boat launch, there is one singletrack trail that follows along the lake and ends at the dam. There you cross the dam and follow the trail down into the woods where the real Marsh Creek Lake Mountain Bike Loop begins. Once you are here, you won't encounter many hikers or fisherman.

Trail flows very well. There are some sections that will require some pedaling up some steeper parts but they are short. Just follow the GPS route and you'll be sure to enjoy yourself.

Be sure to check out the teeter-totter at the trail intersection.
