“Fast singletrack in Carolina North Forest.”
— Joe Rana on Jun 7, 2014
RestrictionsClosed when wet.
OverviewThis is one of the more popular trails in the Carolina North Forest. Particularly the first section of the trail. It has some straighter areas that allow you to get some good speed.
Need To KnowThe official trail dumps out onto the Seawell School Rd. This route takes a short diversion to take you back to the Vine at the South entrance. Several trails cross along the way.
DescriptionThis is fast singletrack. Some initial long a fairly straight sections allow for some speed. Once you go past the 3 humps, the trail starts to wind more. It's cleaner track than some others in the area, with fewer roots and rocks.
The bottom part of the track does narrow and will have more growth in the way. When you get near he end of the trail, take the path to the left which will take you back to the The Vine to avoid having to ride in the road.
