Steep, but well groomed - what appears straight is actually a series of tight, banked turns.

Description

The trail looks almost straight from a satellite view, but in reality there are a large number of smaller, banked turns, linked like pearls on a string in a straight line down the steep hill. I don't know if it's because of recent rains and trail work, but this trail is in really good shape right now, with the exception of a few steep turns on a patch of loose rock.

Near the bottom of the canyon the trail has tight switchbacks. There is a convergence of trails at the bottom.
