Best done from north to south as shown here. Start off with a sustained but completely rideable climb. There are some tight switchbacks but it's a nice challenge to do the whole climb with no dabs.

You'll end up several hundred feet above the valley with fun slickrock and expansive views of Courthouse Butte and Belle Rock. Traverse along at a level elevation through more technical trail features. This section is actually harder than the ascent - the trail is more "raw" than the Slim Shady Trail.

The descent is loads of fun and passes through several neat rock formations, ramps, and switchbacks. It's generally all rideable by intermediates. Once on the bottom floor, it's a fast cruise to the intersection with Slim Shady.
