“A grand tour of Kiwa Butte and Wanoga area with fantastic new flow trails.”
— Katy Ryan on Aug 18, 2013
DescriptionA fantastic new addition to the Wanoga Trails. It takes some work to get to the start either from Edison Sno-Park (Dinah Moe Humm/Kiwa Butte Trails) or from Wanoga Sno-Park (Tiddlywinks). But the new flow trail is well worth the effort to get there. It has some climbing, an a lot of downhill - you'll still get tired. You can shuttle this trail, park on Conklin Rd (Rd 41) and another car at Edison or Wanoga, or you can make it into a loop, as well, connecting to Deschutes River Trail (ride to town).
This is a forested ride, but there are a few great vistas looking at Paulina Peak, and a variety of lava domes.
