Description

Declue trail is a technical trail full of rock gardens and rough terrain. It starts off pretty easy on the west side of Allenton road, but when you cross Allenton there is a smaller 8" log to hop just over the road and after the first few turns you'll get into the rock gardens. There are many rock gardens and outcroppings on this side of the trail to look forward to. At around the 7 mile mark you'll get to the monkey heads, a steep super rock garden to navigate. Only a few of the locals can ride up this trail so don't get discouraged!

After the monkey heads, things start to mellow out quite a bit and you'll come to a fork in the trail. There are two options here with the same destination. Stay to the left and you'll continue on Declue to Scenic Loop Road.
