Local Info
The overall trail system is now 40+ miles with new trails being added often. The newest trails which are very fast/flowy are on the far north side of the park. A great way of accessing the newest trails (Bandit, Smokey and Panda) is via the Carolina Thread with the return trail being Needle. The Tributary is another great fairly new trail to check out. Nice work USNWC (visit their website for up-to-date trail maps too).
Visiting Tips
No ticket or pass is required to access the Whitewater Center property, though the Whitewater Center charges a parking fee for guests who enter the facility by automobile.
