Reading is an emerging as an epicenter for mid-atlantic mountain biking. Hosting five trail networks within 15 miles of the city center Reading has a vast variety of riding to suit all abilities and genres of mountain biking.

This former home for Reading Hardware Company is now a great place to park and start/finish your exercise in the Reading area. Access to the Neversink trail network is a meager five minute trip from here.
The beer selection is always deep with a solid rotating tap and bottle selection. Ask for the regular bottle list for even more choices. The Growlers (burgers) and the Hostile Mussels are a must! The kitchen will even cater to Vegetarians and Vegans.
Mike's Tavern - Another supporter of the local IMBA chapter (BAMBA). The owner Pete is a an avid outdoorsman and his bar is the quintessential town bar. Catering to local factory workers for years Mike's tavern has a great collection of local memorabilia. Great microbrews on tap an in the fridge. Feeling brave? Sample the homemade boilo.
