Description

Broken Boyfriend was BV's first foray into the modern age of trail construction. It is said that this trail began as a way for a BV woman to test her suitors - if they could hang, they were worthy. Needless to say, many-a-man came back a "broken boyfriend". With that being said, Broken Boyfriend North is a fun blend of short, challenging technical section to smooth & flowy singletrack. While no major climbing takes place, the climbs that do exist are technically challenging.

If you see multi-colored tape hanging from a tree, it typically means that something is coming. Big step up after a loose entry. Traction is good on the rock and surprisingly smooth throughout.
