Maps are available at the parking area, and five well-marked loops are available, ranging from a one-mile family ride to a 10.5-11.2 mile (my GPS measures this shorter than the trail map does) intermediate/moderately technical ride. There are several short, steep climbs, including one that I've never seen cleared. There are also a couple of ramps built as options for more advanced riders.
The trail offers beautiful views of Lake Jordan and the Swayback Bridge from the Black and Red Trails.
